R134a aerosol equipment designed and manufactured by PURE5™ Extraction is one of the latest cutting edge techniques to enhance the speed, improve the efficacy and achieve best quality of the cannabis extracts. Using R134a aerosol gas is a cutting-edge process that offers a “solventless” approach to the extraction of the  desired active compounds from the cannabis plant material. This process is designed to directly replace the CO2 liquified gas process and falls into the same category of facility certification less the pressure vessel and toxic leakage monitoring. 

The small size, non polar and inert nature of the aerosol molecule helps to penetrate the plant tissue and extracts thoroughly the oil soluble fractions. We extraction is performed at room temperature conditions with no thermal degradation or loss of volatile compounds during isolation and the extraction process is seamless to the full spectrum resin delivered from the plant. Full terpene profile is collected without degradation of components and it is easily separated from solvent. 

The aerosol does not extract solids and chlorophylls and in many cases winterization may not be required. The extracts are PH neutral and suitable for many pharmaceutical applications that are pH sensitive. Low boiling point eliminates the need for complex and slow solvent recovery.

The extracted oil is a liquid mirror of the flower strain profile and bears the same experience when consumed, an experience that cannot be achieved with any other extract.


Very often your flower may end up with potency that is below than the market accepted value. For example if your dispensary takes over 20% potent flower and your grow batch is tested at 15% do not worry, we have the solution for you.
